Winter Trips for 2018/2019 

Winter starts from December to February are cool and mostly clear. The morning and evening are very cold while the afternoon is pretty sunny. The temperature during these months rises from 15* C to 20* C (59* F to 68* F). The tourist flow ebbs a little, but not significantly, between the winter months of December and mid-February. It catches up once again between mid-February and mid-April. 

The days are generally clear but occasional winter storms can bring snow as low as 2500m. Trekking is more challenging in the high altitudes with semi-regular snowfall followed by more winter storms. The best activities to do is, short trekking as Ghorepani/poon hill trekking, Langtang trekking, Gosainkunda trekking, Ruby valley trekking, Helambu Trekking,Jomsom/Muktinath Trekking short hiking as Chisapani/Nagarkot hiking, Dhampus Sarangkot hiking, Namobhudha hiking, Chitwan Jungle safari tour, Lumbini-Pokhara tour, Everest view trek, Tamang heritage trek, Ghale Gaun cultural trek etc.
