Nepal alternative treks & expedition is registered and trustworthy company under the law of Nepal government and accept your booking under the policy.

1. Down payment
25% of the total paying is required at least a month in advance for confirmation of a tour / trek booking. Payments can be wired to our following banking addresses: Remaining payment can be made after your arrival.

3. Payment of the balance
The payment of the balance for your trip is a month due prior to your departure.  If you choose to pay by credit card, a handling charge of 3% on the outstanding balance will be made.  There will be no handling charge of cheque and bank transfer.

• Last minute booking

We accept you last minute booking with 100 % payment ( 24 hours prior to your departure date of trip) only case of Nepal trip. We don’t accept Tibet, Bhutan, India and Thailand trip.

5. Cancellation Policy:
Treks & tours booked and subsequently cancelled are subject to cancellation charges as follow:-
30 days prior: No cancellation charge.
Within 20 days: 12%
Within 15 days: 16%
Within 7 days: 30%
Less than 7 days: 45%
24 hours : 100%
There will be no refund for incomplete tour

6. Risk on unforeseen circumstances
Nepal Alternative Treks has directed towards the fulfillment of your every desire. In this connection, we perform our duties honestly & seriously to make your journey very smooth & pleasant. However, Nepal alternative Treks will not take any responsibility regarding any change & alternations in the itinerary due to the various reasons like unavoidable circumstances such as land-slides, road blockage, flood, snow political unrest, cancellation of flight, delay arrival, sickness or accidents. Any extra cost incurring there of shall be borne by the clients on the spots.

7. Supplement charge
On our holidays tour / trek packages, rooms or tents are provided in twin sharing basis. Thus, single room supplement charge will be imposed to client who does not have another tour participant to share room / tent with.

8. Amendment in Tour Cost
We reserve the right to revise pricing rate posted at our website, under any circumstances, or on the pressure of various external factors that are further than our control, for instance changes in exchange rate, government action etc. But, we put forth effort to keep on the present rate.

9. Clients' Responsible
A tour / trek guide who represents Nepal alternative treks deserves all authority during your tours. If you commit any unlawful act, you are compelled to leave the tour. No refund will be made in such case.

10. Impact on your journey
We put our every effort to ensure comfortable travelling of yours, but it is must to understand that what you might be accustomed to in the western affluent countries, the Himalayan countries can’t afford such facilities. Weather is another factor that directly impact on your journey. Hence, patience in mind, enthusiasm and proper preparation before head is must to venture into journey.

11. Travel Insurance
You must purchase comprehensive travel insurance package against medical, natural calamity, helicopter evacuation, personal accident, trip cancellation etc. This is strongly suggested to all our esteemed clients.

12. Your personal belongings
On any account, we’re not answerable for any loss or damage of your luggage or property belonging to you even when shouldered by porters, ponies or vehicles. That means your personal possessions, luggage are at your risk at the times.

13. Papers & Documents
All necessary documents should be presented in sequence for example to issue visa, necessary permits etc. We’re not accountable in case of any trip formality not completed in time before the trip departs on the absent of essential papers and documents.
